'Tjänsten' nedan avser mobilappen DramaQueen från Cybercine. För administrativa funktioner ('roller') avses även webtjänsten DramaQueen Web.

Oavsett andra avtal användaren kan ha, t.ex. med produktionsbolag, är det frivilligt och kostnadsfritt att registrera sig och använda tjänsten. Produktionsbolag som betalar Cybercine för att tillhandahålla tjänsten har aldrig en överenskommelse med Cybercine att det är tvingande för produktionsmedlemmar att använda tjänsten.

1. Vilka personuppgifter och information Cybercine samlar in från teammedlemmar

Obligatoriska uppgifter:

• Namn
• E-postadress
• Lösenord (lagras krypterat)
• En datumstämpel för senaste aktivitet (sker automatiskt och endast för att möjliggöra radering av konton efter 12 månaders inaktivitet)

Frivilliga uppgifter:

• Tidrapporter
• Telefonnummer
• Adress
• Körkortsinformation
• Allergier
• Klädstorlek
• ICE-kontakt (In Case of Emergency)
• Ett enhetsbundet ID vid användande av pushnotiser
• Det kan finnas fler valfria uppgifter att ange i framtiden

2. Ändamål med personuppgiftsbehandlingen

Personuppgifterna och tidrapporter används inte av Cybercine i kommersiellt eller analytiskt syfte. De behandlas endast för att:

• Skapa och hantera användarkonton
• Underlätta kommunikation och planering på mediaproduktioner (din arbetsplats).
• Möjliggöra åtkomst till appens funktioner
• Dela relevant information med särskilda produktionsmedlemmar inom produktioner du anslutit till, se avsnitt 3 nedan.

Dock drivs tjänsten i kommersiellt syfte i den bemärkelse att Cybercine erhåller ersättning av produktionsbolag för att tillhandahålla tjänsten. Denna ersättning är oberoende av personuppgifter eller bearbetade tidrapporter och baseras enbart på antal teammedlemmar i en produktion och antal produktionsveckor.

3. Delning av uppgifter

Uppgifter delas endast med personer i din produktion som innehar en särskild roll. Cybercine säljer aldrig personuppgifter eller något annat innehåll och delar inte med tredje part.

Följande roller existerar:

Projektledare. Har tillgång till all din information (exklusive: ditt lösenord, senaste aktivitet och pushnotis-ID) inklusive dina angivna personuppgifter, lön eller arvode, och kan ge ut projektledarrollen samt resterande roller nedan till sig själv och andra i projektet/produktionen.

Ekonomi. Har tillgång till ditt namn, din lön eller arvode, din avdelning, samt alla dina tidrapporter med innehåll.

Koordinator. Har inte tillgång till någon information från teammedlemmar.

Catering. Har tillgång till alla teammedlemmars angivna matallergier och matpreferenser.

För-godkännare. Har tillgång till viss information från dina tidrapporter, nämligen start och sluttid, angiven rast samt om du angett att du brutit 11h/5h. Avsedd för a-funktioner som då slipper godkänna samma typ av information via andra medel, t.ex. traditionella excel-tidrapporter. En förgodkännare kan bara se nämnd information från personer inom sin egen avdelning.

Den första projektledarrollen delas ut av Cybercine till beställaren eller av beställaren angiven person för respektive projekt.

4. Rättslig grund

Behandling sker med stöd av samtycke enligt artikel 6.1(a) i GDPR. Användaren kan när som helst återkalla samtycke genom att redigera sina uppgifter till tomma fält. Om användaren inte är medlem i ett aktivt projekt kan användaren även radera sitt konto vid vilken tidpunkt som helst genom en knapp i Profilfliken i appen. All data raderas omedelbart. Användaren kan också om den finner det mer lämpligt kontakta Cybercine på dramaqueen@cybercine.se eller med andra kontaktuppgifter till bolaget. I det fall att användaren är medlem i ett aktivt projekt och yrkar på att sin data ska raderas är detta också möjligt genom att kontakta Cybercine.

5. Full användarkontroll

• Användaren har full kontroll över sina uppgifter
• Enkel redigering i profilfliken
• Omedelbar och permanent radering via knapp högst upp i profilfliken, tillgängligt när användaren inte deltar i något projekt.
• Produktionsbolag uppmanas starkt att slutföra och avsluta sina projekt senast 60 dagar efter sista produktionsdatum.
• Vid 12 månaders inaktivitet, vilket kontrolleras av Cybercine då datumstämpel för senaste aktivitet loggas, kommer användarkonton och all tillhörande data raderas inom 30 dagar.

6. Lagring och teknisk drift

Backend: Spring Boot 3.5.0 (Java 24)
Databas: PostgreSQLvia AWS inom EU
Drift: Heroku (Salesforce) på servrar inom EU
Cybercine har giltiga personuppgiftsbiträdesavtal med både Heroku och AWS.

7. Dina rättigheter enligt GDPR

• Rätt till tillgång
• Rätt till rättelse
• Rätt till radering (direkt i appen eller via kontaktuppgifter)
• Rätt att återkalla samtycke
• Rätt att begränsa eller invända
• Rätt att klaga till IMY

Obs: Överföring av uppgifter till annan tjänst stöds inte via appen.

8. Säkerhet

• Krypterad lösenordslagring
• Behörighetsstyrd åtkomst
• Skydd enligt modern säkerhetsstandard med bland annat JWT-autentisering och lösenordsskyddad databas.

"The Service" below refers to the DramaQueen mobile app by Cybercine. For administrative functions ("roles"), the DramaQueen Web service is also included.

Regardless of other agreements users may have, e.g. with production companies, registering and using the service is voluntary and free of charge. Production companies that pay Cybercine to provide the service never have an agreement with Cybercine that requires production team members to use the service.

1. What personal data and information we collect from team members

Required information:

• Name
• Email address
• Password (stored encrypted)
• A timestamp of last activity (logged automatically for 12 month inactivity deletion purpose only)

Optional information:

• Time reports
• Phone number
• Address
• Driver’s license information
• Allergies
• Clothing size
• ICE contact (In Case of Emergency)
• A device-specific ID if using push notifications
• There may be other optional information you can submit in the future.

2. Purpose of data processing

Personal data and time reports are not used by Cybercine for commercial or analytical purposes. They are only processed to:

• Create and manage user accounts
• Facilitate communication and planning in media productions (your workplace)
• Enable access to app features
• Share relevant information with designated production members within productions you have joined (see section 3 below)

However, the service is commercially operated in the sense that Cybercine receives compensation from production companies to provide it. This compensation is independent of personal data or processed time reports and is based solely on the number of team members in a production and the number of production weeks.

3. Data sharing

Data is only shared with persons in your production who hold a designated role. We never sell personal data or any content, nor do we share it with third parties.

The following roles exist:

Project Manager. Has access to all your information (excluding: your password, last activity date and push notification ID) including your entered personal data, salary or rate, and can assign the other roles below to themselves or others in the project/production.

Finance. Has access to your name, salary or fee, department, and all your time reports including their contents.

Coordinator. Has no access to any information from team members.

Catering. Has access to all team members’ stated food allergies and preferences.

Pre-approver ('Overseer'). Has access to specific fields in your time reports, such as start and end time, entered break, and whether you reported a break of 11h/5h. Intended for A-roles who thereby avoid having to confirm the same information by other means, e.g. traditional spreadsheet-based time reports. The pre-approver only has access to this information from persons in their own department.

The first Project Manager role is assigned by Cybercine to the client or a person designated by the client for each project.

Should you want to know who in your production have access to your information, ask your production leader. If unable to get an answer, contact Cybercine using the details at the bottom of this page.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on consent in accordance with Article 6.1(a) of the GDPR. Users can withdraw consent at any time by editing their data. If a user is not a member of an active project, they can also delete their account at any time via a button in the Profile tab in the app. All data is deleted immediately. If preferred, users may also contact Cybercine at dramaqueen@cybercine.se to request deletion. Even if a user is part of an active project, they can still request deletion by contacting Cybercine.

5. Full user control

• Users have full control over their data
• Easy editing in the Profile tab
• Immediate and permanent deletion by a button at the top of the Profile tab (available when not part of any project)
• Production companies are strongly encouraged to finalize and close projects no later than 60 days after the last production date
• After 12 months of inactivity (determined using the last activity timestamp), user accounts and all associated data will be deleted within 30 days

6. Storage and technical operations

Backend: Spring Boot 3.5.0 (Java 24)
Database: PostgreSQL via AWS in the EU
Hosting: Heroku (Salesforce) with EU-based servers
Cybercine has valid data processing agreements with both Heroku and AWS.

7. Your rights under the GDPR

Note: Data portability (transfer to another service) is not supported via the app.

8. Security
